Creating an account lets you view your full order history and re-check any key you've purchased from My Account → Orders.

My key won't activate or shows as already used.
Make sure you're entering it exactly as shown with no extra spaces, and that you followed your product's activation guide step by step. If it still fails, contact us with your order number within 24 hours - we verify every key before listing and will replace it or refund you.
I didn't receive my confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. Your key is also always visible instantly on the order confirmation page and under My Account → Orders, even if the email is delayed.
My order isn't showing up in My Account.
Orders are linked to the email you checked out with. Make sure you're logged into the account using that same email address.
