The checklist

Redeem the key on the software's official website (redENGINE, MidNight, Vanity, Nixware, …) - not here on the Safe Market store. Each product's guide links its exact site.

Copy the whole key from your email - no leading/trailing spaces, no missing characters.

Confirm you're redeeming the right product's key on the right site - keys are product-specific.

Check our status page: if the product is Updating, activation can be paused until it's back to Undetected.

Loader won't open after a valid redeem? Disable antivirus / Windows Defender, then run it as administrator.
